Terms of Use, Operational Understanding & Fulfilment Policy
These terms are intended to support clarity, protect confidentiality, establish respectful operational engagement, and define practical expectations for all parties.

Welcome to RegenesisWorks.com, RegenesisWorks.global, RegenesisIndia.com, RegenesisEmveetech.com and associated Regenesis environments (“Regenesis”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using our websites, services, diagnostics, workshops, reports, operational support systems or related materials, you agree to these Terms of Use and related operational policies.
Regenesis exists to help organisations and individuals make visible where value is not yet converting and support operational renewal where appropriate.
1. Using Regenesis
Regenesis materials, frameworks, operational models and intellectual property are provided to support organisational and individual learning, visibility and operational renewal.

- not to create derivative commercial systems from Regenesis intellectual property
- to respect confidentiality where sensitive operational information is shared
- to use the material responsibly and lawfully
2. Confidentiality
Both Regenesis and clients may exchange commercially sensitive, operational or personal information during engagements.

- avoid unauthorised disclosure
- protect commercially sensitive operational information
- act in good faith regarding private information shared during engagements
Where appropriate, additional confidentiality commitments may be confirmed through a non-disclosure agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all Regenesis materials including frameworks, diagrams, methodologies, operational models, written materials, software, reports, videos, graphics and training materials remain the intellectual property of Regenesis and/or Thomas Welsh Publishing.
No material may be reproduced, redistributed or commercially reused without written permission.
4. Services & Operational Engagements
Regenesis may provide:
- diagnostics
- operational working sessions
- renewal support
- workshops
- leadership support
- Human-AI operational visibility systems
- digital materials
- subscription content
- implementation support
Specific commercial arrangements may additionally be governed by engagement letters, proposals, operational agreements, memoranda of understanding, invoices, project agreements or related written documentation.
Where appropriate, operational expectations may also be supported by an MOU, project brief, fulfilment note or other documented agreement between the parties.
5. Payments & Fulfilment
Where paid engagements exist:
- fees will be communicated clearly before commitment
- fulfilment expectations will be explained operationally
- digital access may be delivered electronically
- workshops and sessions may be delivered online or in person
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once operational delivery has commenced.
Exceptions may apply where duplicate payments occur, technical fulfilment failure occurs, or Regenesis cancels a service directly.
6. Limitation of Liability
Regenesis provides services, operational observations and support in good faith.
Organisational decisions remain the responsibility of the client. Operational implementation remains the responsibility of the organisation. Regenesis does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regenesis liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
Regenesis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, operational interruption, third-party failures, external platform failures, or independent implementation decisions.
7. Privacy & Data
Use of the Recognition Environment may involve collection of operational or contact information.
Please refer to the Privacy Notice for details regarding information collection, operational usage, retention, cookies, communication, rights and protections.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the relevant operating jurisdiction unless otherwise specified within a specific engagement agreement.
India-related engagements may additionally be governed by India-specific payment and fulfilment requirements.
9. Continuing Development
Regenesis continues to refine its operational, legal and organisational frameworks as the Recognition Environment evolves. These terms may therefore be updated periodically.
