These terms apply to India-based transactions and payments processed through Razorpay or related India operational systems.

3. Payments
Payments may be processed securely through Razorpay and associated payment systems.
Accepted methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and bank transfer.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, digital purchases are non-refundable after fulfilment and session cancellations should occur at least 24 hours before delivery.
Refunds may be considered where duplicate payment occurs, technical fulfilment failure occurs, or Regenesis cancels the engagement.
Approved refunds may require 7 to 10 business days.
5. Delivery & Fulfilment
Services and materials may be delivered digitally, by email, by workshop access, through online sessions or through operational support environments.
6. Privacy
Payment processing information may be handled securely through Razorpay and associated systems.
Regenesis does not store full card or banking information directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regenesis India liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.
8. Governing Law
India-related transactions are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh courts where applicable.
